It began with a box nobody could get.
Grail Concierge did not start as a business plan. It started with friends who collected sealed Pokémon and One Piece and kept running into the same wall: the box they wanted was sold out, allocated, or only ever sold in Japan. We had the contacts. We got it for them. Word travelled.

Delivery worldwide. Dubai and the United States are our home markets, and we deliver fully insured to collectors in any other country as well.
How it grew
The first requests were favours: a Japanese booster box case for a friend in Dubai, a retired One Piece set for a collector who had given up looking. Each one meant calling people we knew: distributors, shop owners, private holders in Japan, Europe and North America. Each one taught us something about where sealed product really goes after it “sells out”.
The favours became a routine, the routine became a process, and the process became Grail Concierge: one contact for people who know exactly what they want, have the means to acquire it, and have neither the time nor the patience to chase it through marketplaces and middlemen.
What we believe
- Evidence before money. You see photographs of the exact units (seals, shrink, print codes) before you pay. Always.
- One price, no surprises. Product, insured delivery and our work in a single all-in figure, quoted before you commit.
- Say no early. If a unit does not satisfy us, you never see it. If a product cannot be found, we tell you promptly. There is no charge for a search that yields nothing you approve.
- Discretion is not a feature; it is the default. No client list, no references, no posts. Your collection is your business.
- A real company behind every consignment. Registered, addressable, accountable. Not a username on a marketplace.
Where we work
Our clients are mostly in Dubai and the Gulf and in the United States, with collectors in London, Zurich, Singapore and Hong Kong. Our sourcing network sits where the product is: Japan for Japanese print, Europe and North America for English allocations, private collections everywhere for vintage and retired sets. Consignments travel with DHL Express, UPS or a dedicated courier, insured for full value, signed for at the door.
What we are not
We are not a shop, not a marketplace and not an investment adviser. We do not hold stock, publish prices or recommend what to buy. We find what you have decided you want (a sealed case, a blister, a collection box or a single graded card), verify it, and deliver it. Engagements start at USD 5,000.
