How it works
Five steps. You are involved in two of them.
You tell us what you want and approve what we find. Everything in between is ours: the search, verification, packing, insurance and paperwork.
Request You
Send us the product, quantity and delivery country via the form, e-mail or WhatsApp. A single box or a full case: both are welcome.
Search
We work our network of distributors, retailers and private holders in Japan, Europe and North America. You receive a written all-in quote: product, insured delivery and handling included.
Verification
Before you commit, you receive photographs of the exact units we have secured: seals, shrink-wrap, print codes and packaging condition.
Approval & settlement You
You approve the units and settle the quote by bank transfer or cryptocurrency. Confirmation is usually same day.
Insured delivery
Dispatch with DHL Express, UPS or a specialised courier, insured for the full value, with tracking and signature on delivery. Dubai and the US are typically reached within a few days.

Most of our clients collect in the Gulf and in the United States. We know the couriers, the paperwork and the lead times for both. And we deliver anywhere a courier can sign for a parcel.
Our primary market. Express delivery into DXB and AUH with door-to-door insurance; consignments above the express threshold move by dedicated courier.

What does Grail Concierge do?
Grail Concierge is a private sourcing service for trading card products. We locate booster boxes, cases, blisters and premium collections that are sold out, allocated or unavailable in your market, plus single cards, raw or graded, that rarely come to market. This covers Pokémon, One Piece, Dragon Ball, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Magic: The Gathering, Disney Lorcana and others. Every item is verified with photographs and delivered fully insured to clients in Dubai, the United States and worldwide.
What is the minimum engagement?
Engagements start at USD 5,000. Below that amount we are not the right partner; above it, we are happy to source single boxes as well as full cases.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer or cryptocurrency. You receive one all-in quote covering product, insured delivery and handling, and settle it once you have approved the photographs of the exact units.
How do I know the product is genuine and sealed?
Before you commit, you receive photographs of the exact units we have secured, showing seals, shrink-wrap, print codes and packaging condition. What you approve is what ships.
How is the product shipped to Dubai or the United States?
With DHL Express, UPS or a specialised courier for high-value consignments, insured for the full value, with tracking and signature on delivery. Dubai and the US are typically reached within a few days of dispatch.
Do you publish prices or hold stock?
No. Grail Concierge is not a shop. Every engagement is a private search on your behalf, and every quote is individual.
